Design & Build

Comprehensive process which includes the scope of design and construction. We deal with facilities and spaces from different categories, i.e.: office, retail, catering, hotel, medical, residential, public and private.

We carry out the full Design&Build process in cooperation with trusted partners.

Consultation and needs analysis

We conduct workshops and interviews with clients to understand expectations, any intra-organizational dependencies, needs and business objectives.

Design Concept

We implement the overall design concept:

spaceplan (functional layout),
look & feel along with visuals,
guidelines and lists of movable furniture,
greenery,
spacebranding & wayfinding.

Project documentation

We prepare comprehensive technical/implementation documentation to the extent required by the client, i.e:

architecture,
Electrical, teletechnical installations (including IT, SSP, DSO, CCTV, SSWiN, KD),
sanitary installations,
sprinkler system,
building automation.

Valuations and optimizations

We carry out a meticulous valuation of all necessary costs related to construction, i.e.: materials, labor, equipment, external services, etc. We also make the necessary budget optimizations at the client's request.

Construction, coordination and supervision

We manage the entire construction phase along with conducting coordination and supervision to ensure that the implementation is in line with the project.

Construction acceptances

The last stage of the work is the final acceptance, during which the client evaluates the quality of workmanship and makes any comments.
