Project Management

The Project Management service is the basis for comprehensive project/process management from the early stages of analysis and planning to the overall coordination and implementation of the investment/project.

Comprehensive measures

Our role includes all necessary analysis and legal and project paperwork, schedule development, risk management and potential cost optimizations.

We organize a bidding competition for the necessary subcontractors, and then coordinate their activities.

Assumption of responsibility

We take over from the investor the responsibility for control and monitoring of the work. We regularly report on the progress of the work, identify and resolve any difficulties and design and execution risks.

Implementation of the project in accordance with the guidelines

With our experience and commitment, we ensure that the entire life cycle of the design and investment process runs smoothly and in accordance with the established criteria.
